Clifton Clarke, III has enjoyed a life and career of service beginning with his Freshman year in High School, where he is a proud product of the Detroit Public School System. Throughout that time and his foray into College, he has participated in numerous organizations, often heading them as President or Vice President. Focusing on the advancement of African Americans, Clifton Clarke was President of the NAACP chapter at his Alma Mater, Wayne State University. He was also President of the Black Student Union and Vice President of the Association of Black Business Students. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management information Systems.

Clifton’s professional experience has been as varied as his commitments to different organizations over the years. Working for corporations like Volkswagen of America, Apple, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, he has perfected the skill of Training Analysis, Design, and Delivery. His expertise is in Professional Development , Customer Service, and Technology. A dynamic speaker, Clifton has received rave reviews for his engaging, “Real Talk” series, where he speaks candidly to young students of color on the rigors of the challenges adults face and the responsibility they carry. Professionally, he is currently focused on groundbreaking education support with Physicians at a Visiting Physician’s Association. Calling it “The Most Important Work of My Career”, Clarke will attempt to prepare Physicians to deal with Geriatric patients of all demographic backgrounds including race and sexual orientation.

He is still very active with his Fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha, and has now joined the ranks of 100 Black Men, continuing his commitment to service in the minority community. He is Chair of the Oratorical Committee and member of the Apex committee.
