Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network are looking for kids who should be recognized for their commitment to living a healthy, active life. From July 12–30, nominate a child to be featured as the #MIKidsCan Champion of the Month, then opt-in for his or her chance to join Blue Cross and the Detroit Lions for an exclusive #MIKidsCan Play Like a Lion Experience at Ford Field on August 18, 2016. Winners receive:
Four game tickets (one for the winner, winner’s friend or sibling (ages 6–12) and two adults)
Participation in a 60-minute, on-field workout with Lions trainers
A spot in the fan tunnel, where Lions players rush onto the field prior to the game
A healthy dinner and goody bag
Special player appearances
