Hayward Little

Hayward E. Little, Jr. is a Real Estate Broker with a wide range of experience in traditional sales, distressed sales, property management and strategic asset planning. He has experience working with first time home buyers, novice and experienced investors, financial institutions and foreign entities. While the majority of his transactions have been residential, he has also handled smaller apartments (less than 50 units) and multi-use properties.

Hayward is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Baker College with his Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. He received his Real Estate Salesperson license in 2001, his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2010 and Mortgage Loan Originator License (#2248249) in 2022. Hayward was born and raised on the west side of Detroit, Michigan.

He is married and the father of two boys and one daughter. He serves in various roles in the community and organizations: National Black MBA Association, Life Member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and the 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit. In his spare time, he enjoys dancing and is a novice golf player.
