Justin M. Latham, born in Detroit, MI, attended Southfield Public Schools. From an early age, Justin’s parents got him involved in numerous Metro Detroit STEM programs, including DAPCEP.

In his high school days, Justin was actively involved in the school’s Engineering Academy- participating in various STEM competitions such as F.I.R.S.T Robotics and Square One’s Innovative Vehicle Design Challenge. In College, Justin started working in Information Technology while pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering Technology at Easter Michigan University.

Justin, as ERP Systems Engineer II, is responsible for enabling change in the context of the Domino’s enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders or customers. A Technical liaison between business units and technical implementation teams- Justin is also responsible for owning, maintaining, and finding efficiencies in various existing organizational systems.

Justin currently serves as the Chair for Domino’s newly founded Black Employee Resource Group: BLISS (Black Leaders Innovating, Strategizing, and Succeeding)
