Contest Quick Facts
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school program
- Contestants can be male or female
- Contestants do NOT have to represent a minority group
- Speeches should be no more than 5 minutes
- Deadline to submit contestants is May 1, 2017
- Contestants are guaranteed a $100 prize for participation
