Paul Kearney, Chief Claims Officer and AF-Group, and member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit, has been named in the prestigious listing of Top 10 Chief Claims Officer in the US for 2023 by the Financial Services Review magazine.
Paul is a Senior Executive at AF-Group with over 20 years of experience in Insurance and Business Development arenas. He has a proven track record of leading people, developing organizations and elevating business performance through engagement, analytics and strategic ingenuity.
Paul’s primary responsibility is to ensure that his team is providing strategic oversight, governance and collaborative partnership to their field claims team in an effort to ensure they are able to optimize their outcomes with empathy and reflecting their advocacy-based culture. They look to employ matters of innovation, ideation, data and analytics, predictive modeling, and intellectual brainstorming as a way of helping to achieve these goals.
